TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Rules and Terms to be accepted by all participants and effective upon registration.
Subject to the latest amendments

• This event is open to all.

• Only registered participants are allowed to join this event.

• All participants in this event are considered to be taking part at their own risk.

• The minimum age to participate in this event is 13 years on the event date. No entry is allowed for children aged 13 to 16 unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 or above. Each child must be accompanied by one adult, and the same adult may not accompany multiple children.

• The organizer reserves the right to close registration before the closing date without notice if the event quota has been reached.

• Completing and submitting the registration form along with the payment of fees indicates the participant’s agreement to comply with the rules and regulations of Kayuhan Amal Mesra Wilayah Persekutuan 2025.

• Participants must ensure the accuracy of all details entered during the registration process. Once the registration form has been processed, no changes to the details are allowed.

• No registration fee refunds will be given to participants who, for any reason, do not take part in this event.

• All participants must follow the instructions of the crew, marshals, traffic officers, and medical officers during the event.

• Participants should refrain from joining the event if they have been medically advised not to do so or may not be physically fit on the event day for any reason.

• There will be a first aid team at the main location on the event day. Any participant requiring further medical attention will be referred to the nearest hospital/clinic, and all medical costs will be borne by the participant.

• The organizer reserves the right to change, modify, or amend the time, date, venue, route, and distance of the event if extraordinary circumstances require it.

• T-shirt sizes are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Strictly no size exchanges are allowed during the race kit collection process.

• The organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including participant photos), video recordings, audio recordings, or any other form of recording related to this event for legitimate purposes.

• The Kayuhan Amal Mesra Wilayah Persekutuan 2025 committee and the organizer take all reasonable precautions and care in preparing and organizing the event. Due to the nature of the event, the organizer/sponsors/event committee shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or loss of property before, during, or after the event.

• The organizer reserves the right to amend or replace any Rules & Regulations and/or Terms & Conditions from time to time as deemed appropriate. In the event of any ambiguity in these provisions, the interests of all participants will be taken into consideration.

• Participants must bring their own bicycle and cycling helmet to join the event. All types of bicycles (road bike / MTB / folding bike / fat bike, etc.) are accepted.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that their bicycle is in proper and safe condition for the event.

• Wearing a cycling helmet is MANDATORY for all participants throughout the event. The organizer reserves the right to stop or prevent any participant who is not wearing a cycling helmet from joining the event.

• Each participant must securely attach the event number plate to the front of their bicycle and keep it on for the entire ride.

• For participants under 16 years old (“children&rdquo , an adult participant must accompany them during the event, and only one child is allowed per adult. Additionally, only individuals aged 13 and above are allowed to participate in this event.

• Participants are not allowed to take part in the event if under the influence of alcohol or any drug or medication that may impair their ability to control their bicycle properly.

• This is a FUN RIDE and not a competition. Slow down when necessary and do not rush during the event.

• Practice good cycling etiquette and look out for one another.

• Maintain a safe distance from other bicycles at all times, as some riders may be inexperienced.

• There will be ONE (1) water station along the 25km route, including at the Finish Line.
