Term Of Service

Cancellation of any subscription can only be done by Bikeaway Ec Enterprise (SA0264343-T). For billing purposes, cancellation of any subscription will take effect as of the last day to which the Member has prepaid the Subscription Fees (if applicable), or, where a Member has not prepaid any Subscription fees, cancellation will take effect as of the day the cancellation request is received by Bikeaway Ec Enterprise (SA0264343-T). Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, Bikeaway Ec Enterprise (SA0264343-T) may deactivate the subscription at any time.
