Program Objectives: 1. Foster a healthy, fair, and safe competitive environment as a platform for cycling events;
2. Unite cycling enthusiasts from local communities and across the nation, fostering strong relationships with the Community College;
3. To promote a healthy lifestyle through cycling activities; and to build networks of cooperation with government agencies, private companies, and NGOs in supporting the organization of sports events.
