筹募威南日新国民型中学建校基金
这项活动有‘义跑’与‘义骑’两个项目，义跑义骑最基本目标是一千位以上的参加者；义跑义骑和征求募捐行动，目标是三十万令吉。
义跑十公里有奖竞赛:1. 青年组（十七岁或以下）-（每组优胜者赢取之购物奖券1.Rm150 2.Rm100 3.Rm50）-（A）男子组（Rm30 ）-（B）女子组（Rm30 ）2. 公开组（十八岁或以上）-（每组优胜者赢取之购物奖券1.Rm300 2.Rm200 3.Rm150）-（C）男子组（Rm50 ）-（D）女子组（Rm50 ）3. 团队组（十三岁或以上）- （优胜者赢取之购物奖券1.Rm500 2.Rm300 3.Rm200）-（E）男女混合组（Rm40 ）
义跑六公里（十三岁或以上）:欢乐义跑- （F）男女混合组（Rm30 ）
义骑脚车（十三岁或以上）: 欢乐义骑-（G）二十七公里男女混合组（Rm30 ）
这项活动已受槟州青年与体育部支持，已被列为今年度槟州体育部活动之一；活动当天大会设有幸运抽奖，首将是价格两千令吉的脚踏车，总共十五份：有脚车·32吋电视机及家用电器，超过六千令吉的幸运奖，供义跑义骑参加者赢取。
全体联合主办单位的自愿治安队队员，将联合威南日新建委会各区域华小代表，向区内所有商家和厂商·工厂及社会贤达·征求慷慨乐捐威南日新国民型中学建校基金，及募捐这次义跑义骑之活动费用；工委会同仁期望在报名截止日期四月三十号之前，能收到热心华教仁翁以行动支持日新建校基金之捐款.
期望各区域善长仁翁，大家来响应善举，以行动支持威南日新建委会，能在预期内完成建立“威南日新国民型中学”的宏业.

~ 10 Km Competition Running: Junior (17 yrs& below), Open (18 yrs& above), Open Group Challenge (Min 6 Max 10 hcs):- 6.00 am till 6.50 am must register yourself, Competition will start at 7.00 am.
~ 6 Km Fun Run : All participants ( All Age ):- 6.00 am till 7.00 am must register yourself, Fun Run will start at 7.10am.
~ 27 Km Fun Ride :All participants(All Age):- 6.00 am till 7.00 am must register yourself,Fun Ride will start at 7.30 am.

Rules and Conditions :
1. This Charity events are open to public with aim to raise building fund for JIT SIN SPS.
2. For Competition Run ( Participantsmust be 13 years old and above ).
a. Prizes in Voucher shall be awarded with certificate to the Top 3 runners who complete the run from each category. ( Junior, Open, Group Challenge ).
b. For Group Challenge: Each group can be mixed gender / age with minimum 6 persons, maximum 10 persons. The group ranking shall be determined by their first 4 runners from the group who able to complete the run. Three Top Group runners who complete the run shall be awarded a Prizes in Voucher.
3. For Fun Run (All Age), kids must be accompanied by parents or guardian. Kid’s safety is responsible by parents or guardian.
4. All runners shall be entitled to certificate of participants and on the spot all register will be entitled Lucky Draw.
5. T-shirt shall be given to participants based on registration form submit, sizes subject to availability base on first come first serve basic.
6. Organizer reserves the right to amend rules and regulations, and for final decision base on condition.
